What time can I check-in on the day of arrival?

We guarantee that we will vacate the room by 2pm. You will still be able to enjoy the public areas, swimming pools and the entertainment service from the morning.

Are the pools inside or outside the hotel?

The two pools are located outdoors and are available from May 20th (subject to weather conditions).

Can we connect to Wi-Fi?

Yes, you can enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi service, both in your room and in public areas.

Do you have rooms for travelers with disabilities?

Of course, our rooms are equipped with all the comforts

Is there a parking space in the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has an agreement with Lido Bahia del Sol, just 30 meters away from us.

How’s your restaurant service organized? What are opening hours?

The meal service is buffet style for both lunch and dinner, with traditional recipes and local ingredients. Meal times are flexible and run from 12:30 to 2pm at lunch and from 7:30 to 9pm for dinner.

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

Yes, gluten-free products are available in our hotel. However, please inform us of your needs before your arrival.

Is it possible to go for seconds at the restaurant?

Yes, you can access our buffet as many times as you wish.

What time is breakfast served?

The buffet breakfast included in the price is served from 7 to 10 am at our restaurant "Rosa dei Venti"

Are high chairs available in the restaurant?

Yes, we have high chairs for the safety of the little ones and parents’ peace of mind

Is it possible to prepare meals for younger kids?
